I have accepted and completed the Ranged Speed Quest from the Captain. My quest log shows all tasks completed and I received a system message upon completion. When I talk to the Captain now he is telling me I am working for somebody else, when I ask Paemos what skills I am ready to learn he is not saying Ranged Speed and when I go to Noldan to get training he is not offering me a teach in Ranged Speed. I have enough xp, already novice and have free skillpoints. I have submitted a ticket but does anyone have any suggestions?

I'm not sure what happened to yours so I can't really help you with that but I've heard of people gettting it fixed by a CSR. It might take a little bit but since you have done the quest they should unlock it for you when they get to you. Hope you get it fixed
