I was just curious as to how long I need to wait for the Sith Shadows to spawn after I get the crystal from the Old Man (who took his sweet expletive time, waited almost a full 72 hours for him)? Some have said 24 hours, but I'm just kind of hoping that it'll be a little less (getting kind of impatient, been around since the day of the launch and this will be my first step in the FS direction), any replies are much appreciated.

You need to wait the same amount of time (varying of course)... 24-72 hours..

When i went FS, the old man came 36 hours after i went FS, then the sith came another 36 hrs after that (and i tried to get them to come sooner, but no go)...

Of course, everyone is different...

Just be patient.
