Thread: Phase 4 quest completed?

I check the quest log, and it shows I completed the quest, however I still have an orange box next to it. I encountered the same problem others have with talking to the captain, but when I talk to Noldanand he did train me in the novice boxes. I dont have enough experience to train in a first level box, or I probably wouldnt be posting here.
Should I put a ticket in? I just want to be sure that I will have credit for completing the assault quest to get credit for opening the branch.

That's the thing dude
You will have to free up a couple of skill points to progress.

I have plenty of sp? Why should I have to drop sp.
I am short on xp to train the box, but not sp to get the box.
