Anyone know if there is a timetable for when the Captain quest bug will be fixed? Are they actually working on fixing it or not?

I have heard that if you file a ticket and are not offensive in your wording that some CSR's have been unlocking the quest for those that completed it.

Check the Knowledge Base on the Holocron in the game it should be under "TOP KNOWN ISSUES".
It says it is some coding error thats causing the Captain to not unlock our FS boxes, anyways the DEVs areworking on it and that they told the CSRs to stop unlocking peoples FS boxes because could cause some problems for the DEVs.
