Which quests grant the mind and health buff crystals, please?

Phase 2 Vehicle Control will give you Health buff crystal as reward. Phase 3 Melee Accuracy will give the mind buff crystalthe catcher to this isyou MUSTdo it with at least 1 otherperson. This may have changed with CU and if anyone has infoon it I would like to know myself.
