thats a bit odd, try submitting a ticket

did you check your quest log to make sure you didnt' accidentally pick up a quest already for phase 1?

Your not alone same thing happened to me and many others.....leave it to the DEVS to "F" something up on my last unlock.

same here. i have at least 6 or 7 open rotw quests, and i completed phase 1 (whip) yesterday w no prob.

I have many ROTW quests opened, but I can still take village quests.

I suggest opening a ticket, dunno if that will solve your problem though
