Thread: Captain Sarguillo is bugged again

Is anyone else having problems... I'm on Ahazi and it's Phase I... it just changed today and I think almost all servers are in Phase I.
So i'm wondering if anyone else is having the same problem as me, When I go and talk to Cpt Sarg to just BEGIN the quest he says I'm sorry but you have too much on your plate come back to me later. I had this problem after completing the Phase IV Ranged speed quest and I had to send a ticket... a CSR unlocked the branch for me but the quest did not say complete so I believe the problem is that he still believes im working on a quest for Phase IV.
So i'm just wondering if anyone else is having the same problem as me? and if there is a way to get around it without sending a ticket in because I already did that about 5 hours ago. This is the last unlock I need before finishing up in the village so i'm anxious to complete it.... not a very happy customer right now!

Same happened to me, except I didnt have any problem w/ phase IV. I completed the mission and unlocked the branch w/out CSR asistance, now I cannot take his phase I mission. Strange...

Yeah that's very strange, please reply when if you find a way to work around the problem. about 7 hours now waiting on a ticket reply, I should be waiting for the Old Man...

I have same problem, unlocked ranged speed phase IV, couldn't train. By the time CSR unlocked it for me it was phase one. Went to start ranged accurracy from Cap'n and he says my plate is full. This is also my last branch needed, am currently waiting for CSR to let me start phase one quest.

I have the same problem - and I have send a ticket various places.
Just not sure where to send the ticket at - in what topic etc.?
Can you say what topic you send it to - in order to get an reply from CSR.
Since there has been 3 days now without any answers.

I sent my ticket in as Missions/Interactive NPCs
I'm about 99% sure that the problem is since my journal indicates that I killed the pirates and thugs but does not say that the quest is completed that he's thinking im working on his quest from Phase IV it's pretty strange but no one else seems to be having the problem except people that had their ticket answered in iv.
I would do Whip's mission but I already did that one last Phase I... Guess all we can do is wait for a ticket reply because there is no other way around it.

phase 4 unlock ranged acc ( i thought it is speed) ..but i got train for acc. i dont know why) ... no reword noting ...crs ticket no answer ...now phase 1 captain dont give me mission( i think >>>he thinks i did that mission)... still no help from crs ...paemos keep saying u can train ranged acc .. today i train ranged acc second box and he is still saying 'u can train acc'... ..i can get mission from whip .. but i dont know what should i do... get mission from whip or wait crs to fix???? ..looks like i loose one free box here
