Force Sensitive Archive

I was wondering if the extension to the phase 4 healing unlock can be finished somehow in the current phase 1. I took the extension the day before the shift and now it still wants me to carry it out. None of the other unlock quest givers will speak to me and insitt im busy. Is there something im mission or is this a real bad bug. If its a bug then am i going to have to wait till August when the next Phase 4 rolls around?
