On chimera whip is in the village, he's in phase 1 right? but the sith r still attacking and knowone will talk to me? bug or still phase 4?

valcyn is one day ahead of all server because of a server reset that had happen a phase ago. You will be on phase 4 until after saturday. The hotfix today forced valcyn one day more ahead.
Because of this it might be tues before it shift in.
I.e. will be ready Sunday but requires a server reboot which happen on tuesday.

Got that, but why is whip there? thought he disappeared for 2 shifts cos he's only in phase 1 + 2

I See whip also .. phase 4...on farstar...and can anyone tell me this. i just got fs and trained novice prowess. i did the quest, but no branches are unlocking. the captain simply tells me that he can see i am bust with assignments from other villagers. i dont have any other assignments. and i want to train my branch but how?
