These should all be combat based, and relatively high CL required. The thought about this is that the second character slot is more shot towards those that want a crafter alt to their combat main. It should not be easy, and it should be a long journey.

Have it need the

"Have earned 40 Exploration badges"

5 content theme badges like glowing

Have mastered 5 combat professions

and completed a special quest series for unlocking the second slot, which should take at least 14 days.... make it function like the village R.defense, where you get told to come back in 24 hours after every quest part.... and spread it over 14 times to do that...
