well they changed the conversion rate but that only effects the people who are currently still grinding . . .well what about all those that banked the XP and are just waiting to unlock . . .

the solution . . . they will double the XP required to get a skill box trained. This will require those with banked to keep grinding, just like everyone else

As we all know . . . its better to mess with the pre-req of a profession than the profession itself
