i was doing whips quest and on the second rescue the waypoint disappeared and i did not find the prisoner.

any help with what i can do to get another waypoint or helpat all would be good

" go back and find the villagers"

what happened is you 'lost their trail'. What your meant to do is drive/walk around the area where the last wp was until you pick up their trail again ( another wp appears ).

I got this bug today.

When I arrived to to the waipoint, I got the system message "The tracks you are following end here. The Sith Shadows have probably stopped somewhere nearby recently. You migh want to search the area for an encampment...". After that I started circling araund the waypoint. Well, after some time I got a system message again - "Find a Sith Shadows encampment. You have compleated the task! Your quest journal has been updated", but no encampment was around and no villager to talk.

It seems that sometimes that happens.

The simple way around is to log of until your player resets. When you log back and talk with Whip again you get responce "You failed? That is disapointing, but we shouldn't dwell on it. There is still more that are missing. Our takers have found a new set of tracks leading in this direction." and a new waypoint.

So this bug won't hurt much.
