Whats the deal with being told this in the middle of a mission when trying to get another wp for a sith camp?

This is due to the mission being gated. Gated missions are a common occurence in the village. it will take you 3 days to complete this quest you are on.

The Force encompasses everything. It flows through and envelops you in its mystical energy. Develop your senses become one with the Force to enhance youself.

Please drop off my winnings to the vendor named Bigdawg's loot @ wp 4782 -1392 in the city of Azaki on Talus

Ahh ok thanks, I thought possibly there was something I had to do to get him to talk to me again.

I'm having issues and I submitted a ticket.

First day, completed 3 base missions.
Day two, killed 3 bases but on third return I get an error that I've done enough today and that I should return. How ever my crystal is telling me that I still need to return to village.
Day three, return get same message stating that i need to come back later.

HELP!

There needs to be 24 real time hours, plus any server downtime between each mission. Wait a little longer and try again

I wouldn't worry about it.

My crystal is still telling me that I haven't finished the last phase 3 mission where you capture the commander even though I did and got all the rewards.
