I was reading throung one of the guides here and came to this
5. Taking Quests & Village Phases

The Village goes through different phases and at each phase different quests are offered. It may also be that you can only take 1 total quest per phase. Each phase lasts 3 weeks
Now.. Is this really true??? Im leaving for a vacation for over 1 month soon... Will that meen ill have to wait all other phases through if i miss that one and wait till that phase is back?? I know I can do the other phases in the meanwhile, but there will still be exstra time to wait if thats true.

Hey all,
I was wondering if anyone has a link to anything thatcan tell us what trees are unlocked during wich phases. I was so excited to be able to train my first box, in the melee speed tree only to find out that all I can train is range.......lol. I wasn't very happy. So I would just like to read up on wich phases give wich quest and branches. Thanks

Ok, Got my visit from the Old man Waiting on the Sith to attack. I have a question in the meantime about the phases and unlocks. First let me tell you how I wanted to do my FS:
Enhanced Reflexes:Survival
Enhanced Reflexes: Vehicle Control
Combat Prowess: Melee Accuracy
Enhanced Reflexes: Ranged Defense
Heightened Senses: Luck
Enhanced Reflexes: Melee Defense
Ok, now that I got that out of the way, as you can see by that and if you read the guides on the phases and skills in each, I have 3 I want from Phase 3. Now, my quesion is this. When you do an unlock in each phase, does it unlock ALL the skills in Enhanced Reflexes for example if I unlock it in phase 1? Like will I be able to train any of those or does it unlock 1 specific skill. Like in Phase 1 There is Enhanced Reflexes: Survival. Do I only get that in Phase 1 or will I get it and Vehicle Control, Ranged Defense, and Melee Defense? If I only get 1 skill per phase, by my calculations I will have to wait 3 full phases to unlock all the skills or 36 weeks. That seems long to me, and a friend was telling me that it unlocks all but you have to wait out all 16 weeks regardless to start Jedi Training. Any clarity on this would help. Also, those of you in the village, can you tell me if those are good skills to get for one wanting to go Jedi with Master Saber and if so what order I should unlock them?

Unlocking Survival only unlocks survival, not the rest of the ER branches. And I would highly recommend getting Melee Speed as it will greatly aid you in your climb to Master Saber.

So my figure on 36 weeks is right since I'd have to wait for 2 full cycles after the first to get the other 2 in phase 3?

I read the village guide, and have just one question. The old man just visited me and I am going to hit the village in 1-3 days however from the phase guild I know that it will change soon. After I unlock a branch can I grind it from that point on, or after phase change do I have to wait for the next time it comes around to finish it?

You can grind the XP at any time before or after you unlock the branch as long as you are Force Sensitive.
You can train the skills any time after you unlock it, even if it is months or many phases later.
