Thread: FS bonuses for non-Jedi?

I'm wondering with the CU coming exactly what will happen to FS mods. It's my understanding that stacking will be a thing of the past and you will only get defenses for the weapon that you are using. Does this also apply to the FS bonuses?

Let's say someone had unlocked melee defense, would they still get the FS bonus even if they were carrying a rifle in combat?

Has anyone seen or heard about this being addressed/ resolved? I've looked over the documents and can't find anything regarding this.

what i would think is that no matter what weapon you are holding you get melee defense with it so the fs melee defense is gonna be the same as if you just had CA's on you. But lord i see what you are saying...lol...didnt even think of it all profession have melee defense so if my first statement is true then they wont fix what they want lol...maybe what they will do is make 1 hand melee defense and 2 hand melee defense and then leave melee derense that effects all...who knows, would like an answer though
