Thread: unlocking Combat Prowess

I'm trying to figure out when we can unlock other Combat Prowess trees. I'm almost done with Melee Speed but where do I go to find out how to unlock other Combat Prowess trees and when I can do this?

Every phase you have the chance to either unlock one branch in Enhanced Reflexes or one branch in Combat Prowess(assuming you are only going for the combat trees.) So if you want Melee Speed, just wait until your server changes into phase 2, and take the quest that will unlock it.

When will I know when the system changes to the next phase and who should I talk to in the village to find out for Combat Prowess?
