Couldn't find an answer to my question- Does Ranged Speed/Damage help with a Flamethrower?

It's not ranged damage....

You get Ranged Speed/Acc. I heard that the mods are broken.

No it does not. Flamers have there own mod which also has no CA, AA, or FS skill for

The are SEA with +speed heavy weapons, so I'd say no.

The Heavy weapon SEA's dont work with Flamers either.
