What I did was drive around and find the 3 bases closest to the village. Then I went to the Sith groups that are around each base and grinded on them for awhile. They drop freqency disks once in awhlie so I wanted until I had a bunch then went back and turned them into the Sgt. You can turn in as many as you would like. I happened to finally get one that matched one of the closer bases.

A big help, which may be too late for you, is to NOT take the mission from the Captain. I haven't taken the mission yet, and the Sith are non-aggro to me. (I remember them aggroing once you take the mission. I may be wrong here if they changed it since I failed this mission last phase.)

So once or twice a day I go to the base just south of the SO on Dath and kill a group of Sith. They only come at me one at a time. Easy kills. I have about a dozen codes. A few more and I may head over and finally accept the mission and see what codes I've found.

I hope this helps.

Check out the nearest 3 bases (by finding the droid nearby with the name of it in it's title) and then hunt the sith like crazy. You are bound to find the keys eventually. You'll find these bases are often already being used by another player so it's a good idea to gether all three keys so when you have your group you're bound to find one ready to use.

Good tip about the Sith not agroing if you don't have the mission. This works for those helping you (if you have people helping) they can take the turrets out without the sith attacking them. Generally not taking the mission till you have a few access disks can save you a few swoops too
