Thread: I Got Un-Glowy Post-Pub24. Please advise.

G'day, Folks.
Just before Pub24 went live, I finished the Imp Themepark, did a /check, and Sssccchazzzzzzam! I'm glowy. Awesome, I thought, I haven't even received an Elite Profession Mastery badge yet. So, it's late and after getting some congrats from the guildies, I log and dream of Crafting Mastery.

Pub24 goes live the following day. I log in, do a /check and I only feel a "strong sense of the Force within" me. Not glowy, but close. No biggie, I think to myself, just grind that last box or two of Rifles, get the elite badge and you'll be good. No luck. No biggie, I think to myself, just snag a few more POI Badges and you'll be good. No Luck.
I've gone over my "How to get invited to the village" list over and over; I have all the required POIs and Quests. I should be glowing to high heaven by now. I have filed a bug report but hoped to turn to the community as well. Any words of wisdom?

ticket won't do jack. You'll just get a this is a know bug and we are working to resolve it as soon as possible. Shrug they just can't figure out what they removed from the code. Sigh, what happened to the standards in coding!!!! PERSONAL SOFTWARE PROCESS! where is their planning, why do they just randomly go through and delete crap....

it appears that it is just a problem with the /check command reporting the correct level of force sensetiveness. I was in the same boat as you, became glowy just before the server reset to patch to 24. When I /check, I get the system message "You have a strong sense of the force". However, I just got my visit from the old man this morning, and the sith attacked very soon after that.

its another dev conspiracy to stem the flow of jedi.
the same as removing jabba's palace so you cant do his theme and having mission terms bugged for 50% of the players yesterday next they are silent nerfing all xp to a 1billion - 1 conversion
