Hi

Having just made FS and glowy a few days ago I started on the Whip mission (phase 2) (Chimera server).

Every time (4 so far) I travel to endor get the supplies, travel back. As I arrive near the village I get a stream of text saying I have failed in the mission.

The supplies are still in my backpack at this point.

If I talk to whip the supplies vanish and he tells me I have failed in the mission and will give me a new waypoint.

I have waited at Whips location and watched several other players experience the same problem. One bloke had tried 6 times which shows a greater tollerance for driving over dull terrain than I have.

Ofcourse I cant abort the mission so im totally stuck on FS advancement now.

NB: Like many others my status has dropped from Glowy as well.

I have raised a CSR ticker and am awaiting a useful response.

Has anyone else experienced this problem and does anyone know of a solution.

i finished the quest without a problem. if it is bugged its a new bug

Yep, just had exactly the same bug on my first attempt with my alt (Dalai) on Chimaera. Do the mission just fine. Return to the village. As I get near the gate I get loads of text scroll up my message box saying various things - including the mission is complete and also that I've failed it. Look in my inventory and the crate is still there.

Talk to Whip and the crate disappears and I get a failure message. Can't see how as I killed all the sith geezers at the camp.

Weird. Annoying. Very very irritating.

Oh well, lets hope they fix this before phase two comes around again. gonna submit a ticket then go to bed!

*edit* - Have just noticed I am no longer "Glowy" either. Very strange. This is probably why the mission fails, yet I can still get in to the village. Odd.

Check the thread - Loss Of Glowy on TC (was a few below this one). This also now includes Live servers.

It must be a new patch 24 thing. I finished that quest with no problem the weekend before the patch.
