Ok I was glowing i now have 5 unlocks, one to go.

I have done:

Nyms Themepark

Rebel Themepark

Jabba Themepark

2 Warren Badges

Gorax Kill

Krayt Dragon Kill

Rebel Corvette

and about 50 POI

and my glowy just poofed

even with jabbas messed up shouldnt I still be glowy, but all I see is I have a strong sense
