After you complete the village the old man comes to you a 2nd time and you have to then go to meliche's camp and defeat him. His camp spawns radomly, and it spawns for you, not other people.
That same principal should be applied to phase III, instead of everyone having to share the same bases. When you take the mission a wp should be created for you, which is different from the wps other people will get. When you get to your wp, the base should spawn(about 3500m, which isnt too close or too far away from thevillage)and you should have to lower the shields/capture the commander and escort him back to base. As soon as the commander is 500m from the base, it should immediatly despawn, making room for more bases to spawn at that same wp if ever that many players are all logged on doing this mission at once.
Everyone would have a different wp and different base, like the village exit quest, not have to wait on a base to respawn after someone else has done it, and only have all that time wasted as another group comes in and steals the spawn. Its silly, and very out of story with the mission, that groups are competing and camping the closest base spawns. Just make each person who has the mission have a unique wp and base spawn so nobody has to compete for spawns. After all, the difficulty of the mission was not supposed to be competing for spawns, but doing the mission itself. As it is its harder to get a spawn at a nearby base because of the campers then it is to do the mission itself.
If you disagree, then maybe you think thats how the exit quest should work. You think there should b 1 camp for meliche that everyone has to camp and compete over his spawn for.
