Is there any way to tell which phase is it? I went to the village and saw some named npc, the guide says same npc will give out different quests depending on the phase, and end result will be different. so I would like to know how to tell which phase is it just by standing around the village.

I saw the phase guide says my server is phase one, but it was updated last month, and the npc inside the village suggest it could be phase two, so i'm confused right now.

The easiest way is to take note of the village's condition. In Phase One the village is pretty torn apart, many buildings are rubble and the wall around it is damaged. In Phase Two, there are more intact buildings. In Phase Three the village is in perfect condition and there are turrets around the two entrances. In Phase Four... well you can't miss Phase Four, every hour on the hour a hoard of several Sith Outlaws and Pirates rush the village attacking anything that moves.

I assumed the Village Elder gave a specific response when talked to according to what Phase the village is in but I'm not sure. If he did I would think that info should be in the FAQ/Guide but I don't see it there.

Another method of knowing what Phase the village is in is to speak with the NPCs and see what Quests are being given and what the reward is. Then tab out (ALT + TAB to minimize the SWG client), lauch your browser and check the Jedi Revamp Guide. The Guide lists the quests and rewards for the various Phases so it's easy to figure out.
