Try going about 1000m south of the Imperial Outpost and looking along the river bank. There are usually a ton of random spawns.

Master Politician

Near the Beetle Cave POI around in that area usually see spawns, look for dead logs on radar. I remember getting Greater Sludge Panter lair missions. That was back in the day
