From what I understand, you need six branches to get Jedi Initiate.

Also, from what I understand, you can only do one branch per phase and a phase = 3 weeks.

Does this mean the minumum amount of time is 18 weeks from Force sensative to Jedi Initiate, assuming you are out grinding your a** off after unlocking the branch each phase.

Thanks

You can unlock all six branches and take your time filling them up... although most people want to get to jedi asap... so they grind like mad.. I unlocked one branch in the first phase and haven't even filled the first box in it (survival) instead I have been putting all my time and effort into combat boxes for now and will come back to that branch in the end when I am supposedly better at combat :-)

Correct. Except your time calculations are only accurate if you don't care which 6 branches you open up. For example, if you want to do all 4 Combat Prowess branches, Enhanced Reflexes Melee Defense and Enhanced Reflexed Ranged Defense and you start right now in Phase 4, it will actually take at least 22weeks to unlock all 6 assuming you start in week 1 of Phase 4 and finish in week 1 of Phase 3 on the second pass through the phases. So if you are actually trying to build a specfic template, you may actually take longer simply because only certain branches can be unlocked each phase, and some phases may not have a branch that you want.

Approximately 18 weeks unless you turn into a FS grinding Drone.<---Not an enjoyable experience.

A combat profession with no free unlocks, Unlocking 1 branch in 6 consecutive phases capping a single Elite Mastered Combat profession once per day will have it done in 18 weeks. <----Can still have fun playing the game as intended.

If however you are a complete Crafting profession I would think in terms of years rather than weeks.

If your a Hybrid of the two then you have a choice between the two.

Medical/Entertainer Professions can be a bit iffy. I would say a year just to be safe that is if you don't get any help to speed up the process.

Good lord man your gonna completely mess with his mind if you start going through it like that hehe.

Basically if your not concerned with the branches you unlock and depending on your template you can unlock 1 quest per phase. If you are picky about which branches you want the time may be longer if 2 branches Quests to unlock are in the same Phase.

Time to Jedi = TimetogetGlowy + Oldmanwait + sithattackwait + (((6VillageQuests* (3weeks - Serverdowntime)) + WaitforadditionalPhases)- Free Unlocks)) + (ProfessionXP / Grindtime) / Conversion Rate

Formula above is meant as a joke I don't even think it would work like that

So far i have only unlocked mellee speed and am 3/4 done with that.... But I did not open it in phase 4. Can I open another branch now if I want even before finishing the current branch I am working on?

You can complete the branch at anytime after opening it. You can open one branch per phase regardless of your completion level in other branches. You can open all six then grind the xp to complete them later, if you like.

Yes. You can. If you really wanted to, you could just go through each quest, unlock each branch and then train all 6 after the fact.

You don't have to train the entire branch during the phase you unlocked it on.
