I don't have any SP for that, I thought this village stuff was to get us away from grinding stuff we didn't want.

Unfortunately you were led to believe. What you could do is get a +20 medicine experimentation attachment and only get 0001 doc crafting. To get internal bleeding you will need to get an amazing success.

Can't do the quest because I can't make the meds

Everyone I know has already done the quest and can't do it over.
