Thread: Template....

I am revamping my template.

I am completing Master Marksman this week, and also Brawler 4. That will open up Commando, should I go that way.

I am going to need to drop Master Scout, and maybe CH. (This is a real heavy burden for me as I love the profession, but I need to prioritize).

Here is what my final template will be

Master Medic

Master Marksman

TKM

Scout 4000

Commando 4000

Now, I dont know what the skill points are for this, but I am thinking that I will have enough to keep this template, and fill the FS tree. Is this correct? and will it work?

that takes up way too many skillpoints.

The best you could do is

TKM

Commando 4000

Scout 4000

And only 1 branch of medic...

That leaves you with 3 skill points to use...

Hmm, that wont work then

Now, we can double combat prof, right?

Okay, then, if I could get 2 professions, what about

TKM (meditate)

Scout 4000 (terrain navigation)

Combat Medic? (includes Master Medic)

and go ahead and maybe marksman 0400 (for some ranged backup)

A great place to look at potential template options is this link, found in the Swordsman FAQ.

you only need to dedicate 24 skill points to become jedi.
I dont know why you would want to master all 4 trees....
But if you want a good template to grind, I dont think you need all that other stuff,

Just get

TKM
Commando 4000
Medic 2040

This is the way to go. It's what i have and i have gotten 3 trees in a week of grinding. You better have the cash for those nades tho. I find it extremely difficult to make decent money without swordsman skills.

I didn't one star you, but i need to warn you, if your going to do the fs grind with tkm, do not grind it, just have fun. Grinding with such little results is depressing.

It really doesnt matter. After CU, the grenade grind will be a memory anyway. I was doing some grinding with unarmed 4, and even at that level, the points were not that bad. The biggest difference being that TKM will go alot faster, hence able to kill more in the same buff session.

Actually, if it weren't for the fact that I simply cannot afford them, I would probably do the grind. Actually, I may pick up some of the small grenades. It appears they offer the same XP anyway, at much less cost.

I think I have something... tell me what yall think.

What I did was filled all my force progression trees (, then added what I needed to ensure I had enough skill points.

Combat Prowess **
Crafting Mastery **
Enhanced Reflexes **
Heightened Senses **

That leaves 186 of 250...

to that I add

TKM,(94 of 250 left)

Scout 2000, for terrain navigation and mask scent, (65 of 250 left)

Marksman0404 (Pistol w/ranged Ranged attack) (22 of 250)

Novice Pistoleer (Improved weapons)

Medic 2134 (for 0 of 250 points left)

Now, obviously I dont need all the branches to move onto the Trials, but with this template I am guaranteed all of them at the rank of master should I choose to. What do you guys think? I also have contemplated that I could drop medic after I hit TK because of meditate.
