Thread: why would they make it were you can gain survival exp if you cant have scout with jedi?

i mean what ;s creature knowledge +5 if you cant extract resources with jedi and so fourth with mask scent +5 if you dont even have the ability once scout is dropped?

+5 terrain negotiation is all it's good for since jedi don't get any terrain negotiation unless they force run

Force Sensitive skills were designed to complement the non-Jedi, not necessarily to only benefit you once you get Jedi. Yes, there are skills that will benefit you as a Jedi, and people tend to focus on those (if they are in fact pursuing Jedi).
Many folks take the Force Sensitive skills to make their character a little better, but have no interest in gettinga Jedi. For that person, the mask scent and creature knowledge bonuses are pretty handy.
The reason all FS skills aren't just for the explicit benefit of Jedi is because the Devs knew lots of people would start trying for a Jedi and just stop, or many would just want various skills to enhance themselves without actually taking the leap into Jedi.
I actually think it's a nice mix of more Jedi-specific bonuses, as well as bonuses to professions if you decide not to become a Jedi.

Heard you can use Basic camps with the +5 Camping. not make them. but USE them.
