How can they patch now pub 13 when last pub isnt fixed with this BIG phase 4 bug ?
they give us toys to shut up yeah.....but they should better fix this major bug then implementic new bugs and closing our eyes with toys............

Yup I was pretty shocked to see notes out for Publish 13 & not even a mention of the phase 4 bug 
I'm starting to get the horrible feeling that they are gonna let the phases shift again before this gets fixed. Which will be account closing day for me

from an optimistic (and in my oppinion realistic) point of view we can hope that the reason that they havent fixed phase 4 yet is because they have been putting all their energy into the launch of pub13. now that its out they can attend the bug-issues (meaning phase4 bug). keep your fingers crossed.

hope you right m8, but to be honest i dont reckon they got a clue how to fix it ....
as they might fcuk up and let people who have completed this phase already have another go and complete the other one aswell,so they complete both ranged speed and melee defence in same period, or have they got a time and date which tells them when you completed each quest ?,
im one seriously unhappy chappy got all that XP bank like alot of you and i could be sitting on it forever....
time to go back to EVE ONLINE me thinks... play a man's PvP not this load of old pony.....
one thing i would like to say is though you file a complaint with eve online they get back to you within 12- 24 hrs sometimes quicker, this game well i filed ticket 3 days ago and got fcuk all back yet...

Publish 13 was in development and testing long before phase 4 has started. And as Gordon writes, they have split up their teams. I'm sure that there are other people already working on fixing this bug. But you can't expect that every dev drops everything and only hunts this bug down. That is not realistic. Try to imagen.. there are around 200k+ people playing this game, lets say 2k have this bug, that would be 1% of the whole userbase. If you would be on the side of the 99% and would have to wait another 12 weeks for this publish, only because every dev is trying to fix the phase 4 bug. Tell me, would you be happy? I bet, you would complaining about that. Just wait. I'm sure the devs have something in their backhand and won't let you people down. And maybe you will get the unlock for free.

how i supposed pub 13 now live no fix on this
dont say they worked all on pub13 no time lol it is incompetence what i see they put out new patch before they fixed the last patch..........
just get your toy< and be happy
who cares the last 6months grind and that the key unlock to jedi dont work we wait and pay 4 more months nonono no fix until phase shift and i cancel my acc and dont pay anymore for peaoples dont do their job like it should be
p.s. SOE maybe try this patches longer before we must try em live........

Well.. it seems, that you only opened a new forum account to rant around here. And it is also obvious, that you didn't ready carefully enough, what I wrote.
please read it again. I didn't say that every dev was working on pub 13.

I would like to remind you that few days ago SOE posted a very interesting article abt how their FIRST priority would befixing BUGS LOL LOL LOL LOL these people are either incompetent or liers, your choice.
Second of all can anyone explain me why they do not post anything abt this problem on the forum?How abt"We are sorry". Anyhow SWG could be a great game, but we would need another company to run this business, SOE guys don't even know what customer service mean.
As of now I have cancelled all my accounts and I will eventually renew on a monthly base, dunno yet, really depends onhow this story will end.

They have already stated they are looking into the problem. Do you actually need them to say it everyday? You will all keep posting negativity then they will come out with the fix and you will then praise them for it. It's funny seeing some of the post's on here.

Voave if you like how SOE is handling bug fine, I respect you, pls do the same with us. I dont just complain on this forum, I have cancelled my account, as much as i love SWG this is not my life, in my opinion SOE is not worth 35$ a month I have more than 1 account. I work as well and I have to deal with customers in real life , if i do what SOE does with us I would be left with no sales in less than 30days lol.
I have been playing since day 1 we have gone trhought all kind of problems, now I'm overt it, they will not get my money in advance this time (i used to pay for 1year account), If I continue to play will be on a monthly base, as far as i'm concern they better come up with some good fix or solution or i will quit this game.
