Its just a bug that's not affecting every player, but most. I also did the Melee defense line last phase 4, and need Ranged Speed..but Im bugged...its also working the other way too..some people got lucky, some didnt...

aah, thanks for answering that one for me. From what i was seeing, it seemed to only be happening to players trying for melee defense this time round.
Sorry to hear you're bugged too. I'm sure it's rather frustrating. Hopefully the devs will allow all the bugged players to open the tree without needing to complete the quest. As i'm sure no one wants to wait till the 3rd phase 4 before being able to complete their mission.

After seeing all the bugs you guys've been hitting on phase 4 this time round. I was worried about it being bugged for me.

I did melee defense last time too now im bugged as well so it isnt just for the ranged speed guys...its affecting everyone....you just got lucky for a reason
