Just curious.... does anybody know if the theed librarian badge counts as one of the content badges you need to become glowy?

Kewl, that makes things a lot easier. All I have to do is talk to the widdow in the Warren.... screw the other badge hehe. Thanks for the info Aglioe.

I can also tell you that does not count because I have the librarian badge and didn't get glowy untill completing both warren quests. On top of that I also have a couple of the hero of tat badges, Dead Eye badges, several profession badges, and every location badge in the game. The warren was the last thing I did.
