Force Sensitive Archive

Well I was going to do the vehicular control quest from whip tonight but I hear its bugged. First I was curious if this is also the case on my server Eclipse. Is anyone here on the Eclipse server that can let me know if this quest is working? If its not, should I do the melee speed quest?
