Alright So I got attacked by the siths finally!

And I got the datapad. but it dont work.. says.. I must loot the datapad before I can use it..

Now my question is.. Can I fix this?

Or do i need to destroy the pad, and have the siths return?

Or do I need to destroy the pad, and the crystal and wait for the old man. and then wait for the siths?

If i have to destroy anyof them. Is their any tips on how to make it so I dont have another failure data pad?
