Was wondering if anyone had this happen to them. Whip says I'm already busy even though I haven't accepted a quest from anyone this Phase. I know I haven't done this quest before either since it's the one for the health crystal. (Been dying to do it) Think I remember something like this last Phase II, but not sure.
