Force Sensitive Archive

I've been playing this game since it came out last year. I did the holocron grind thing and mastered 1/3 of the professions including 3 holocrons. My fourth was silent. Then the devs secretly made it 8 holocrons to master. Finally the Jedi revamp came and I got all those badges and POI's needed. Talked to the old man, killed easy sith, and made my way to the village. I was so excited knowing that I had done at least 3 of the holocrons and was expecting to get a freebee slot. I talked to a bunch of Npcs at the village and only could get a mission for the phase from a guy in the middle area. What is supposed to happen to unlock your freebee slot? Do I have to do a quest first and then it will unlock ... because I thought it was supposed to happen immediately or something?

Any help would be greatly appreciated. I haven't worked on the village at all but am qualified to do it. It has been a couple months since I stopped. I am ready to start up again.

You must first talk to Paemos and choose which skills you want to learn, then go learn them from Noldan.
