Any 1 have a rough guess on when the village goes from phase 1 to phase 2 on Bria?

yeah so anytime some 1 wanbts to run by my toon on Bria named Chenza & smack him in the head right quick, that'd be fine.

I didn't think some 1 would have stickied a time like that but low & behold I look up & whamo!
