Force Sensitive Archive

So i have taken already 6 branches and im grinding my way to jedi knight. I want to take tho 1 more skill box in one of the FS trees (melee accuracy to be exact). Can i do this ?

If the answer is yes , does this 1 skill count toward the 230 skill points needed in jedi skills for ur qualification for the knight trials ? Also is there a way to drop a skill once u have learned it ( provided its not in one of the six complte branches).
