Thread: Yea! Update 1 year and 5 months out!

I have been playing for a while. As a casual gamer, it took almost 8 months to make Ranger. Loved it, dropped it, got it back 'cause i missed it. Then Christmas 2004, i got a holocron, found out I had to grind Chef (arrgh!) to become a jedi. Pretty much gave up on Jedi
Well, I finally became force sensitve last night. I just happened to notice I got all the badges required except The Warren, then for giggles, i did the Warren, glowed right after. So now I start the grind for Jedi and am greatly looking forward to it.
I wanted to say thanks, to my wife for playing Madeleine on Ahazi, and keeping me interested, the Guildies of <DH> on shadowfire for being tolerant of Iabogs constant absences, and SOE for making a kick ass game that rewards the most lazy of players........... me.
ok, granted I did it myself, but I thought the dev's would like someone to just offer a simple "thanks" for providing a Star Wars geek hours of fun a week, and a great way to spend quality time with his wife.
Im excited about the new dev's being hired, and look forward to the coming new year!

I'm not sure exactly what your talking about, but you got the holo Christmas 2003, not 2004.

Thank you for your enthusiasm about the game and also becoming FS. There is enough griping on these boards and frankly it's nice to hear about someone else that is just enjoying the game and as a part of playing the game has now become Force Sensitive.

They are few and far between, but when they show up it makes me wanna play SWG even more (and Im a powerplayer). Yes, Im talking about the people that realy injoy playing SWG and uses the formum to say so.. I know, I know... the game has bugs, exploits and God knows what, but I must agree with Iabog: "Im excited about the new dev's being hired, and look forward to the coming new year!"

and you're right it was 2003.
This year has gone by too quick and I was up too late to think straight.
Oh well, off to another 12 hour work day. I cant wait until the holidays are over, Retail sucks!
And my trusty Ipod is rocking my grind as well!
