Thread: quest journal problem/question

hey all!! quick question;would like an answer preferably from someone who was similarily situated. Here it goes:
During phase 3 I did the whole "one person drop shield and dies on purpose, commander spawns, 2nd person grabs him and runs" trick. Well, I was the guy who dropped the shields. The Capt. saysI failed the mission and the journal's main heading under the phase three mission is listed as incomplete, however the sub-title says quest complete..why are they different? I received both crystals, and was able to train the accuracy branch...so am i good to go? or should i just complete the quest solo to be safe? should i grind another tree in case this doesnt count?..
basically ,i will have my 24 boxes, but not all six quests complete..am i ok?

prob just a stuck script, send a ticket explaining the problem and a CSR will sort it.

Also, check with Paemos to see all your unlocked trees in case it did not unlock correctly.

That happened to alot of us.
So far, only CSR response has been:
"Reload, and wait till next server restart, and see if that solves the problem."
I have trained up that full branch, so I guess time will tell.
