Hello,

Does anybody know if there is a faster way to grind combat XP with two accounts on the same PC (switching users in Windows XP)?

Thanks

You can just set up SWG to run multiple instances, then all you have to do is ALT+TAB between programs to run each toon. You need a minimum of 1 gig RAM tho in order for it to be effective.

I would reccommend if possible more then 1gig of ram.

I have P4 3ghz, ATI 9800 XT 256MB and 1gig of gaming ram with rated speeds faster then what my MB can handle but sufficient enough on a Cable connection.

I still get considerable performance degradation running two accounts at the same time in certain situations.

I take it the OP is trying to group with his own character and do missions maybe with the Following ALT possibly running a macro of some kind.

1gig should be enough to be able to swtich off between the 2 quickly but to have them both in the same area actively doing things on the same machine I would suggest more then 1gig.

Unless both are in the same group.

I was doing that last night myself, for my Jedi and my FS character, although I double box it.
