I have read the stickies and completed Captain Sanguello's phase 1 quests (10 x patrols), however I did not have 50000 fs skill points in the Combat ProwessNovice box before phase 1 finished.
Now, when I talk to Palemo he says I can learn Combat Prowess: Ranged Accuracy but does not offer to teach. I have tried the Elder as well, is there someone else?I have now got over 50000 FS in the Combat Prowess Novice Box.
My questions are:
1. who do I get the training from, is it Sanguello because he isn't offering
2. Can I only get the training during correct Phase (Ph 1)
3. Do I have to get the training before the end of the Phase I did the quests in? (By this I mean will I have to redo the quest to 'requalify' for the Combat Prowess: Ranged Accuracy arm?
4. In Phase 2 I am doing Whips Supply crates (Vehicular Contyro) and I want to make sure that if I have made a mistake in Phase 1 I don't repeat it. I already have 50000 FS in the Enhanced Reflexes box.

1. You get the training from Noldan. He should be in a little fenced off area just to the right of one of the entrances to the village.
2. You can get training in any of the branches you have unlocked at any time not just during the specific phase. In fact the best thing to do is let the FS xp build up until you have enough to fill all 24 boxes in one go, that way you dont need to lose your current skills to free up the skill points until you have all 6 branches unlocked and can fill them all in one go.
