hey all im doing the healing quest for the first phase and i was wondering what resources will i need and what stat im looking for in general (OQ, CR, etc)

You're looking for OQ and either PE or UT. PE matters for the primary effect, UT for the secondary ... there's no practical difference between the two, but it allows curing two states at once.
