I know that I can only do 3 of the bases per 24 hours. but Could I take as long as I want? I don't know if I will be skilled enogh to solo it.

i would assume you can take as long as you want as long as you are done before the phase changes. I wouldn't worry too much. The guys at these bases are super easy. I did the patrol of 3 bases in about 10-15 minutes.

Yes and no. Yes you can take as long as you want as long as you're in the same phase, but no you really can't take too long since you will have to wait 24 hours inbetween each 3. In other words, you can take your time, but don't wait until the last week of the phase to do the first three

anyone know when this phase changes or where I can look to find out? The phase change sticky looks really weird to me.

There's no way to tell exact dates the phase changes because it is timer based and each server seems to be a little different. You seem to be on these boards on a daily basis so check in the morning and look for the thread that says "We are currently in phase x" - that thread gets updated pretty quick so you'll know when the phase change comes around. Generally speaking I think the phases used to change every 4 weeks I think - I dunno I just recently came back to the game so I could be way off there.

as most of you probably already know, the phase changes after 3 weeks minimum (some amount of seconds of server up time that equates to 3 weeks). Just thought i'd clarify this for Shensen and any other returners to the game
