Hi, I probably want to go jedi, but I want to be safe and be able to grind easily as well as complete the quests. I've unlocked ranged accuracy and I want all of combat prowess and I want Rdef and Mdef from EH.

My question is, Should I just try mastering my template of pistoleer so I can be strong to do the missions?

Master Marksmen, NBH x121, and Pistoleer 1x11

Me: Oh...asking me? I uh...just don't like wookies...

Bartender: ...huh...neither do I!

Some people say rifleman/swordsman, with some TK or medic, I myself am Teräs Käsi Master, almost Master swordsman, & i have had zero trouble with anything in phase 1 or 2, phase's 3 & 4 are alot tougher, But with a good mellee & or ranged Prof, you should have little trouble with anything the village throws at you.

As for the grind, well, if your going the non-nade way, again, a combo of rifleman/swordsman/Teräs Käsi is your best option IMO, good offence from Swords & Rifleman, & okay offence & good defence from TK.

If you want to persue the "Nade way", then TK master, comando 4/x/x/x is the template to go for.

Up to you dude, I myself am not that experienced in this game, so take my advice with a pinch of salt, More people will reply here soon, & you can get a good varied idea of profs from them

I was master TKM/Brawler with some Medic for most of the quests and had no problems with phase 1 or 2. Phase 3 & 4 are tougher tho, but can be done if you are smart about it.

I've been melee so long I honestly can't even make an educated guess as to how pistoleer or any ranged profession would be.

you should have no problem doing preety much all the quests. phase 3 (the combat one) and phase 4 might be a little tougher though. phase 3 more so though. becuase in phase 4, since all you need is a few hits on the mobs for it to count, just let people with a stronger templete tank or do most of the damage and take pot shots at em to get credit. other then that though, you should be fine. also, your templete isnt to desirable for initiate and padawan, becuase youll need alot of melee defense and things while grinding that part.

True story im bringin the team back, even Roy Jones was forced to lean back
mastered: scout/ranger/squadleader/marksman/swordsman/brawler/fencer/tka/
current template: Master Swordsman/ Master Brawler/ Master Fencer/ 4-0-0-1 tka +12 fs melee speed. speed capped 2 hand goodness.

Why do I need a lot of melee defense for grinding that part?

Also, I think pistoleer has like 4 skill boxes that each greatly improve one's m. defense, right?

the defenses from fencer & the like will be good for your early padawan grind, no armour etc, also the meditate line from TK & some medic LOL, but with the CU coming out, who knows what we can take from profs to aid us in our journey
