Is there any way tomake the NPC spawn other than restarting the trial if they fail to appear?

If you are lucky, driving 200m away and coming back can help.
Or log out for 2 hours and come back.
Or wait for server reboot.
As I understand it, trial missions on Rori are (still ?) bugged. I can't remember having had problems with non-Rori ones. So if the shrine wants to send you to Rori, forget and re-get it (no penalty for it).

Got to the waypoint. NPC not there. From what I understand, I think I need to reset the quest at a shrine. Can I keep resetting the trial till I get one a a specific planet? Is reset the way to go for bugged trials? I Had to travel like 15k between the NPC's. I guess I should be patient because I did grind the village. But Im just a little too excited. lol.

Hehe, yes you can keep restarting the trial till you get a decent planet for the quest, the only one this won't work for as far as i recall is the quest where you have to see the farmer in Aurilia (yes you have to go there again lol).
Try and avoid missions on Talus and Rori, they are worst planets for disappearing NPC's. And make sure you get off your bike a couple of hundred metres away from each npc/waypoint in the trials and run the rest of the way, this helps to stop npc's disappearing right before your eyes

I had the same problem through out my whole trials whch i just finished last nite, i jsut kept resetin teh trials till i got tat or corellia those are the only 2 planets i didnt ahve npcs disappear on me so i would try to stick with those 2 and yes the vllage one u have to go to other then that the others dont matter, stay away from talus rori and even naboo( i had 2 disappear on me there)

Just remember to dismount from your ride at least 150m outside of the WP of the target. Sit there a sec or two and let the area load. Then walk in to talk to the NPC. Many people get excited and ride right up to the WP and it bugs on them. I had my first one bug because of this. I had no problems with missions on Rori and Talus following this...I just wanted to get it done lol
