I am curently a Melee Fighter Master Brawler/Swords/TKM. I have managed to enjoy the game and complete 4 FS trees. Now I was thinking of doing Both Melee Accuracy and Speed. But with the new expansion due out, I am thinking of grinding Ranged Speed and Survival and be done with the FS. I would hate for something to be changed without me knowing in the FS area.

I am currently a Melee Fighter Master Brawler/Swords/TKM. I have managed to enjoy the game and completed 4 FS trees. Now I was thinking of doing both Melee Accuracy and Speed to compliment my template. But with the new expansion due out, I am thinking of grinding Ranged Speed and Survival and be done withFS. I would hate for something to be changed without me knowing in the FS area. So should I bite the bullet and take the unnecessary trees to my currentprofessions and grind the needed ones later, Or roll the dice and see what drops in November? Thoughts and opinions on this would be greatly appreciated.

Well when I found out that force powers use ranged mods I went for it, I guess it all depends on what your goal is.

Survival and ranged speed wont really help you in your temp. Not sure if ranged speed even helps with powers. I would stick with your original plan and not get these 2

I wouldn't worry so much about what FS skills you get. If you are going MLS, the diminishing returns on melee speed and accuracy means that you will see a negligible increase in DPS if you take melee acc and speed versus not taking them. What's the point of +12 MA when you can get CAs and foods that put you so high that the +12 becomes irrelevant? You'll never notice the difference, trust me.
