yea i just did 10 patrols and now the captain sarguillo dude wont talk to me. what's going on?

I don't have a solution for ya, nor know if you still need it. I do have a similar problem though. I'll spare the details as it can be read in the thread I started, and the thread I posted in about it. The problem is the same, we go back to the captain to pick up patrols and he just stands there not speaking. A fix on this would be nice.

I had the same issue a couple of weeks ago with a diferent NPC in the village i forget the name now.
I quit out of the game for 30 mins ish and when i logged backin I was then able to talk to the npc.
It worked for me I hope it works for you guys aswell.
