Thread: talked to old man and got the crystal... but my quest pad shows no quest should i worry?

I noticed that my first character had his quest log updated when the old man came with:
Force sensitive quests
talk to old man... protect the crystas...etc.
Well I just talked to old man and got the crystal on my second slot character and noticed their is nothing in my quest log...
Now i can say I donot rember when my quest log showed the missions on my first slot...
So I am wondering... does the quest log not update untill you kill the sith who attack you... or do I have some bug I need to report?

You don't have to worry about it just yet. Wait for the Sith to attack so you can loot the datapad, then go to the Sith camp and wipe them out grabbing another datapad. Once you do that you should have a quest, if I remember right, to go visit the village and talk to the leader.

Correct. I just went through it again and noticed this as well, nothing shows in the quest journal until after the sith come.

If it'll make ya happy to see it try checking the box to display completed quests. It should show up as completed under the Force Sensitive.
I wondered myself until I looked there and saw it completed. I started the initial ascent today and was a little worried that it was bugged.
