Thread: I m bugged! CSR help me!

I unlocked survival by doing the quests but when I went to unlock it it said i could only unlock surveying!!! I reported the bug but it is 2 days now and the csr's don't reply!

dont /bug it as this wont fix the problem. If you havent already, file a in game itcket through the the holo. you should get a response although may be a few days.

keep filing tickets and keep going into Chat and harrassing (nicely) the csr's to help you. Lately it's taken about a week for everyone I know who have had problems to finally get ahold of a csr that is willing to help.
