Odd, I just completed the ranged accuracy quest, but I did not recieve a banner. My inventory wasn't full either. Anyone else have that happen?

Did u do 20 patrols or only 10? U need 10 to unlock branch, but if u speak with the captain after that, heasks u to do10 additional patrols, after which u receive the banner.

You're kidding me? What torture! Maybe it's worth not having the banner not having to do THAT again! :-P

Nope you need to do 10 more and they are even longer then the last 10 you did.
